"I switched to Mark Quinnell's State Farm Insurance shortly after we moved to Northfield a few years ago. One of the pleasures of living in a small town is that you can have real, live friendships with the people you do business with. I value being able to stop in with a question or to pay my bill. I value being called by name when I walk through the door. I have found Mark and his whole team to be helpful, friendly, and kind. It sure beats the anonymity of dealing with a 1-800 insurance call center. Shop local!"

"My wife and I had questions in regard to our October 31, 2025 - October 31, 2026 Homeowners Policy. Particularly, the Matching Roof endorsement of $300 which Mark Q had suggested we might consider. Emily Paulson did a great job of explaining this endorsement to my wife and me. She clearly knew the shape of our roof which helped us to decide not to add the endorsement. "Christopher Lane exceeded our expectations in helping my family secure a comprehensive policy for our island cabin and property. Our previous provider's policy was good but the premium payment had more than doubled in just one year. We are senior citizens and costs that double can be problematic. Christopher provided us with exactly the policy coverage we required, at roughly 1/2 the cost, and most expeditiously.
